Custom CRMs for commercial real estate

Take your firm from guessing on deals to predictable.

Mantum builds custom CRMs for CRE operators. See every deal, every next step, and every slipped date in one place, built around how your firm already works. For property managers, owner-operators, and smaller brokerages that have outgrown the spreadsheet and don't want an enterprise platform.

Guessing

Deals live in each broker's own CRM or inbox. Next steps sit in someone's head. The Monday meeting starts with "where are we on this one?"

Predictable

Every deal on one board by stage. Every next step has a date and an owner. Slipped close dates and each broker's numbers are in plain view.

What we built | Example data

One place the whole firm can see

Built first for ALO Property Group, a commercial real estate brokerage in Indianapolis.

ALO's brokers each chose and managed their own CRM, and only they could get in. If a broker left, deals could stall and next steps fell through the cracks. We built them a CRM so every deal, contact, property, and next step lives in one system the floor actually uses.

Pipeline board: deals grouped by phase, with value, days in stage and next step on each card.
Deal activity: tasks, emails filed to the deal, and the activity timeline.
Properties list: buildings with address, type, size, class and availability, with search filters.
Tasks by deal: each deal's open follow-ups grouped together.

Reporting | Example data

Numbers built from what your team actually records.

Pipeline, conversion, funnel, win/loss, sources, listings, and market reports, plus each broker's numbers against the firm.

Pipeline report. Open pipeline in dollars. Where a broker hasn't entered a fee yet, the firm's standard rate is applied to deal size and shown separately.
Conversion report: stage-to-stage progression from recorded deal history.
Win / loss report. Deal value as recorded on each deal.
Broker performance. Each broker's wins and open deals, from what they recorded.
Broker coaching profile. How each broker's committed deals turned out, against the firm.
Team forecast. Each broker commits their quarter, deal by deal, and you see it against plan and last week.

Where it saves time | Example data

Less typing after the call. More time on the deal.

Ask about the pipeline.

Ask AI: a plain-language summary of the pipeline, including deals with no next step.

The deal, summed up.

AI deal summary: deal health, executive summary, client context, risks and next steps. AI summary of what's recorded on the deal.

Voice note to follow-up task.

Voice note: dictate a note on a deal and confirm it as an activity with a follow-up task. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Respond from the call.

Respond from call: paste call notes and review drafted responses under each section of a proposal before anything is saved.

Listing page to property.

Refresh from listing: pull values from a public listing page and pick which property fields to update.

Your version

We start with what you already run.

We start with your current pipeline and the 2 or 3 most broken workflows. First working slice in weeks, then we expand.

  1. 01

    Bring what you have.

The spreadsheet, the old CRM export, the email folder. We map how your team already works.

  2. 02

    A first working slice.

Your team uses it on real deals in weeks and tells us what to change.

  3. 03

    Expand from there.

New reports, steps, and modules as your business changes. Hosting is managed by Mantum.

Property managers, owner-operators, and smaller brokerages. If your team works around the CRM, or the next step lives in someone's inbox, that's the job.
