1. License
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software we provide, for your own business, while your agreement is active.
2. Your account
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to connect any data you connect, including QuickBooks.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the software, try to break its security, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.
4. Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy at mantum.ai/privacy.
5. Third-party services
QuickBooks and other connected services are run by their own providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes.
6. Hosting and changes
Mantum hosts and maintains the software. We may update it to fix issues, improve it, or keep it secure.
7. No warranty
The software is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. It does not replace advice from your accountant.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mantum is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending
You can stop using the software and disconnect QuickBooks at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or nonpayment.
10. Law
Indiana law governs these terms.
